Refund policy

We do not accept returns on online orders. 

If you're local, you may bring items back to the physical store for store credit/exchange only.

Processing returns is labor and resource intensive. As a small, owner-operated, brick-and-mortar shop, we choose to operate in a way that reflects our priorities and values.  

We want you to love what you choose, so please shop thoughtfully.

When you make a purchase from this small business, approximately ½ of those dollars goes toward merchandise from our Fair Trade, USA Made, and Artisan-crafted brands. The other approximate ½ of your purchase goes to rent,
utilities, insurance, payroll, shop improvements, and many other expenses. Returns are very difficult for our business (or any small business) to absorb which is why we choose an in-store exchange-only model.
